Meredith’s Ginger Syrup started on a farm outside of Meaford, Ontario, a beautiful rural community on the shores of Georgian Bay.
Meredith started making this very special recipe using the finest ingredients including fresh ginger root and honey raised on her organic farm. During the long, cold winters she would lovingly prepare this syrup on the old-fashioned wood burning stove in her kitchen.
