Big Mama’s Kitchen Creations is a locally recognized custom producer of fresh gourmet foods: sauces, dips, spice rubs, and marinades. We produce great tasting products, using the freshest, local (when available) and most naturally produced ingredients available. Big Mama ensures that all of her products are made without any added preservitives, artificial colors, flavors or fillers. Big Mama’s products are almost all Low Salt or No Salt Added for those of us with high blood pressure and she is also working on creating new products which will be available in the near future.
Established in 2012, Big Mama’s Kitchen Creations strives to consistently create incredibly bold flavoured spice rubs and sauces in a style that is uniquely different from all the rest yet enjoyed by the masses.
Many of Big Mama’s recipes have been tried and tested in a few of Toronto’s largest family restaurants and then perfected to bring into the family home. The key to many great dishes, besides fresh ingredients, is a great sauce!! All of Big Mama’s creations are Vegan and have a wide variety of uses. We’ll just leave that up to your imagination and personal creativity.
